FULL LIFECYCLE SERVICES FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

We not only construct and modernise industrial buildings, but also offer complete brownfield services to them. Our extensive and stable network of 4,000 skilled labourers (which grows to 6,000 during turnaround season) was built as a result of our over 60 years of experience in contract mechanical maintenance, turnarounds, sustaining capital projects, commissioning and site start-up, and fabrication. Our brownfield services capabilities have been endorsed by many of North America's leading resource, oil, petrochemical, and industrial firms.

MAINTENANCE MASTERS

Shutdowns are essential for planned maintenance tasks. Priority one should be given to improved plant and equipment dependability, ongoing production integrity, and less risk of unforeseen outages or failure. We are experts at creating and securely carrying out turnarounds and outage operations while adhering to strict deadlines and spending limits. From the beginning to the end of the turnaround, including execution, control, and closeout, every step is painstakingly planned and attentively controlled.

SUSTAINING CAPITAL PROJECTS

When carrying out sustaining capital projects and programs, cost, quality, and safety are given top priority. We've finished more than 1,000 similar jobs successfully. Construction of facilities, equipment placement, and installations range from modest equipment / spool installations to larger, more complicated new modules. Our main priority in any situation is the efficient and secure administration of project resources.

FABRICATION

We self-perform a variety of module, piping, and vessel repair services to assist our clients in our own dedicated fabrication shops. By doing this, we can keep a better grip on the project's quality, budget, and schedule. We work with materials such as carbon, stainless steel, chrome, hastelloy, monel, and iconel, as well as FRP and HDPE, as well as in-house welders, pipefitters, and QC for fabrication, NDE, and hydrotesting.
